Hi, I’m Holly Baldwin, founder of Baldwin ADUs — a consulting and project management service dedicated to helping homeowners on Maryland’s Eastern Shore build smarter, more flexible housing with Accessory Dwelling Units.

With over a decade of experience in urban planning, historic preservation, and regulatory compliance, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complex rules to bring meaningful projects to life. I’ve worked in local government, reviewed development proposals, and guided homeowners through everything from zoning codes to construction permits.
